In the US, the standard orthostatis VS is lying, sitting, then standing. Rushing to get a pt standing after lying is a big fall risk. Be careful!

I have started to get more allergies than normal. This is a huge help. Hoping this will help.

This helped so much. I started losing hearing because my inner ear tubes were getting so swollen. Nasal spray (Dymista) has given my hearing back, and I wanna make sure I take it properly for max efficacy. Doing it this way, I don’t taste the drugs in the spray anymore. Thank you BMJ for posting this type of content.

I can’t believe I’ve been doing this incorrectly! The slanting of the nasal spray made a world of difference. Glad I found this video. Thank you!

I just shove it up my nose where i can feel the mist hit the inside better and it immediately allows me to breathe. So ig I’ve been doing it right? 10min ago I was really congested. I couldn’t breathe in or out at all. I took the nasal spray and I immediately was able to start breathing properly and now my nostrils are completely open 😂
